We now have the first one with Starlink Business Prio 40 Contract and a public IP. The Staelinkrouter is in ByPass mode behind it is a VPN router ER605. How do we access the router from outside via VPN Remote Connect? The public IP is not pingable ? StarlinkLeader Posted February 8 Share Posted February 8 You need to login to the starlink app and visit debug information or simply use the internet connection to find its IP. The IP will not be pingable most likely because it wont reply. Sounds like you need to configure the VPN Remote Connect, or vice versa.
