I received my new StarLink yesterday and set it up like it said. I never did get a connection to the internet. App states “Offline-Searching” most of the time. On intermittent occasions it will go “Online” for a few seconds, but it always still says No Connection! I have rebooted it. I have Factory reset it. What do I need to do?

Ensure there is no obstructions.

I am having issues with initial set up and getting online for the first time

  1. If you are having issues setting the hardware up, please refer to our install guide: How do I set up Starlink?
  2. If you have followed this guide and are still having issues connecting, then connect to your Starlink WiFi > Open the Starlink App > See if there are any alerts on the home screen.
