Transferring user location

So what is this new self-initiating process of transferring the user location? I’m assuming that it is principally dependent on the coverage (a satellite being in the appropriate orbit), but then what do you do to request service to your new location?

Submit a support request to Starlink support re changing location.As the CPE/Dishy is locked to a geocell area - once your unit initiates and connects to starlink its locked in. There is mention of the mobile starlink service - which uses the same dishy's but is not locked into an area.

My understanding is that you can go to your account profile and change the service location but it isn’t guaranteed service will be available there. Though if there isn’t I think you will be informed
