Kaanuk
3 days ago I suspect a firmware update caused my system to get stuck in Offline Booting. I've submitted 2 tickets and have heard nothing from support back. I have restarted with cables the cables connected/disconnected in every configuration about 10 times each. I've rebooted starlink and the wifi on the app. I've rebooted with the button on the router and set up a new ssid three times. Nothing works, the dish is either stuck stowed and does not unstow after reboot, or if I can get it to unstow it just goes flat and never angles north as usual. The app says offline booting and has for 3 days. I've tweets SpaceX and Elon, I'm submitted 2 tickets with daily updates, I've messaged their Reddit account, still nothing. Here I am. I'm fairly certain it is an issue at the Starlink end and not mine, just wondering if anyone has advice how to get a hold of someone... melissaS
Hey! Were you ever able to figure this out? We're in the same situation and haven't even had the chance to use it yet.
RicochetStarlink
@Kaanuk and @melissaS, Unplug the power for an hour or two. Then reset the router by plugging and unplugging the power cable three times as quickly as you can (without ripping the plug off the end of the cable... 😉). Then wait 5 minutes, plug the power cable back into the router and give it a couple of hours to boot, update and start providing an Internet connection. Let us know if that works.
