Lost Access to Login Account

Hi Support,

Recently the account used to purchase the Starlink was changed as we had two systems on it and made it hard to manage.

So one was moved to a new email address, however we cannot login anymore and trying to reset the details with the new email account does not work.

However we are getting the billing for the moved system, the email address is the same as the one used on this request for help.
