Darrin Muir Posted September 22, 2022 Share Posted September 22, 2022 I just received my Starlink device. I immediately got a message saying "Unexpected Location". Service may not be available. I cannot get Internet service. I am at the EXACT location of my house, which is what is showing on my account. I did notice when setting up, there wasn't a Starlink-1234 SSID to connect to like in the documentation. The only one coming up with named STINKY. So now I'm wondering if I possible received a unit that had been registered to someone else before? I've tried to reach out to Support with Starlink and nothing yet.
