StarLink new Wifi Network - No Internet Connection / Unable to login to Starlink app to create support ticket?

Recommended Posts

Received the RV Starlink kit yesterday from Winegard. Started setting it up and had gotten as far to create the new WiFi Network. When I connected however it says "No Internet Connection" I have left it at this point for several hours and no change. I have hard reset the router and attempted setting it up again, got to the same spot been another couple of hours still same thing.

Tried to login to the Starlink App as a new user but do not see an option to. Just prompts for email and password since I don't have an account I can not login. I'm guessing that this part of the installation process and since I have not gotten that far my account is not setup???

So at this point I'm unable to create a support ticket as well.

Suggestions, on how I get an account so I can submit a support case and how/why there is No Internet Connection?

Thanks,

As mentioned the RV Starlink was ordered through Winegard their official distributor. So there was no password set and unable to recover something that has not been setup.

The App is on the Connect Step - Join Network (Join your Starlink WiFi network, it may take about 30 seconds for it to appear.

There is a button at the bottom of screen that says "OPEN WiFi SETTINGS",

When I go to WiFi Settings as mentioned the new network does show up and I'm able to connect. However it says "No Internet Connection" under it. The App does not continue no matter how long you leave it.

Thanks,
