All contact with support must be through tickets created in the app. Are you able to login to the app? You said you can't recall the email address or password you used when you set up Starlink. If you can remember the email address, then you can use the Lost Password link on the login screen on the website or the mobile app. Otherwise, I'm not sure what to tell you here.
