I have had an account for over a year, but have used it seldom as our mountain property is still in work. I get milling notices but cannot login to my account online. I have requested password reset but did not receive a reply either in email or text (tried both).

I'd suggest sending an email to starlinkresolutions@spacex.com with a detailed description of your issue. Include your Kit number (it should be on the box the Starlink kit was shipped in), your name, email address, and physical address.
