Devise Already Assigned

I purchased a new dish from a private party. When I attempt to set up the account I get the error "Devise already assigned"

 

I set up an account, and the system and it logged into Starlink, then went offline and I received the message devised already assigned and invalid credentials. 

 

I have attempted to contact the seller and he is not available. 

 

Can you reassign the KIT # to me?

you will need to reach out to Starlink support through a support ticket or via email.

if you search the forums, there is a HOWTO article for contacting Starlink Support. If you’d like I can send you a link to that article. I’m on my phone at the moment and don’t have the link handy.
