No email confirmation

Hi, after ordering the starlink equipment i got a message from my bank being charged the money. however i didnt receive any confirmation email for my account, i have the confirmation number of the order but i'd like to be able to setup the account. ¿Can someone help me?

I've tried resetting password but also no email there

If you were only offered a Starlink reservation ($99, I think) when you "ordered" Starlink, you will not be able to order your Starlink Kit until you get an email from Starlink notifying you that Starlink is available in your area.

If you have been charged the full price of the Starlink Kit, try reaching out to Starlink Support via email (starlinkresolutions@spacex.com). They should be able to help.
