If it was the $99 deposit, your should receive a confirmation email when Starlink is available in your area. You will not be charged for the Starlink Kit until you receive this email and confirm your order. If it was the charge for your Starlink Kit, you should try resetting your password (https://auth.starlink.com/forgot-password). It is possible that you mis-typed your email address and, if so, you will not be able to reset your password.
