Cannot log into account

I do not have the correct login info for my account. I have the account number but that doesn't seem to help. I tried the reset password with every email I could have possibly have used at the signup time. I get nothing in response. I have also emailed starlinkresolutions@spacex.com but I have not heard a response yet. I am getting antsy as I need to update my billing info on this account. Any suggestions?

There are two ways to contact Starlink Support. It sounds like you have tried both.

In your email to starlinkresolutions@spacex.com, did you include your service address and account number? In fact, you should include as much information about your situation as possible. For example, tell them that you need to change the billing info on the account. If you've already done that, then that's a good thing.

How long has it been since you sent that email?
