no internet speed

having no response from starlink customer service, I refer to your idea or advice.

I am French in a deep countryside without internet, I have starlink for a year which worked until now.

I have no speed, the connection is cut around midnight on August 15.

we have consumed 500go over the month will there be a starlink penalty?

yet we generally consume 1TB of data per month without worries before.
