Maria
I got my starlink in late October and I haven't been able to get it running. I've followed instructions and I don't know what I'm suppose to look for once it's setup. Very poor customer services, there's no phone number to contact for questions or problems that we may have during the setup process. I have always liked talking and hearing audio from Customer service agents. Does anyone have a phone number to contact them for issues that we have? I don't like using this computer for questions, because a person doesn't get answers right away, if any or at all.
ByTorX1
I felt/feel the same way. It took me a few days to FINALLY get my Starlink up and running. The trick is that you have to do EVERYTHING on your cell phone. Make sure you install the app and then go from there. Your phone app is going to do everything for you - login, alignment, upgrades, etc... The most difficult part of the set-up for me was finding the loooong ID number. There wasn't anything on or in the box and you have to have a microscope to see the stamped ID's on the router. Good luck because once you do get it running Starlink is amazing! I made it through Hurricane Milton (right through it!) and NEVER lost signal!!!

Your post lacks any direct details in regards of the actual issue. E.g What errors are you having issues with? We cannot assist with the lack of customer support - However if full details of your issue is provided we can assist.
