Signed Up, paid, order confirmation number BUT NO EMAIL so I can create account

Hi,

Hoping someone can help.

We ordered Starlink on their site, paid, received a confirmation number on website, which also said, "You will receive a confirmation email shortly with information on what to expect next. "

We did not receive any email, not in any junk folders or anywhere else.

Have tried the 'Locked Out' option on the account login, but nothing ever comes of it.

(Tried all 3 options via email, phone or alternative email.)

Has anyone ever experienced this and/or have any advice on how to proceed?

I also just ordered about 5 days ago and I never got the email. Did you get your system yet Kevin and were you ever able to check on shipping?

Can any of you login to your Starlink account through the mobile app or the web site?

Someone mentioned in another thread that the email address is NOT case-insensitive on Starlink. Mobile apps and web browsers are notorious for capitalizing the initial letter of an email address that you enter before submitting it to the web site for processing.

Have you tried using your email address with the first letter capitalized?

I also have the same problem I didnt get confirmation email.  My credit card was charge already

I did not get a email when I purchase Starlink, but it has been delivered.  I been trying to get it set up, but it does not show up on my Starlink app and can not get it registered. 

Can anyone help me?
