  1. I would recommend reaching out to starlink support either via your app or via the website. It appears that your account has been disabled for security reasons.
  2. Updates will resolve issues / bugs ๐Ÿ™‚
  3. You need to login to the starlink app and visit debug information or simply use the internet connection to find its IP. The IP will not be pingable most likely because it wont reply. Sounds like you need to configure the VPN Remote Connect, or vice versa.
  4. SpaceX is preparing to launch a Falcon 9 rocket its latest batch of Starlink V2 Mini satellites from Vandenberg Space Force Base on Sunday. The Starlink 11-10 mission will send 23 satellites into low Earth orbit. Liftoff from Space Launch Complex 4 East is set for 4:03 p.m. PST (7:03 p.m. EST, 0003 UTC). Spaceflight Now will have live coverage beginning about 30 minutes prior to liftoff. 5. Because bypass mode is for routers not for gaming consoles. Bypass mode runs on the network cable when enabled. Thats why the wifi works fine.
  6. You cannot run higher voltage USBC across normal USB..... Just not possible. You will need to buy an applicable USBC unit for your camper voltage - e.g 12v, 24v USBC unit. Then you can power your starlink mini. The square USBA cannot handle the voltage that starlink mini requires.
  7. I'd recommend buying a longer cable directly from starlink ๐Ÿ™‚
  8. Glad to hear its working ๐Ÿ™‚
  9. Extending your Starlink connection with a 500-foot cable is generally not recommended and likely won't work effectively. Starlink uses high-frequency signals that can degrade over long distances when passed through a cable. Hereโ€™s why: Signal Degradation: The longer the cable, the more signal loss you'll experience. This is particularly critical for the high-frequency signals used by satellite systems like Starlink, which are more susceptible to degradation over distance compared to lower frequency signals. Power Loss: Starlink's system includes a PoE (Power over Ethernet) injector, which powers the dish. Extending the cable too far could result in insufficient power reaching the dish, preventing it from operating correctly or reducing its efficiency. Cable Type and Quality: Even with high-quality coaxial or Ethernet cables designed for minimal signal loss, the length you're considering would likely exceed the capabilities of standard consumer-grade materials. Official Recommendations: Starlink typically recommends using the cable lengths provided in their kit to ensure optimal performance. Any modification beyond this can result in reduced service quality or complete outage. If you absolutely must position your Starlink setup further from its connection point, consider using a signal amplifier or repeater, though compatibility and effectiveness can vary. Alternatively, it might be better to look for ways to relocate the dish closer to your connection point or use multiple access points or a mesh network to extend your Wi-Fi coverage, rather than extending the primary cable from the dish itself.
  10. Yes you can roam with your starlink mini however it's best to check starlink FAQ on roaming to different countries.
  11. What exact issues are you having? Your post lacks any direct details in regards of the actual issue. E.g What errors are you having issues with? We cannot assist with the lack of customer support - However if full details of your issue is provided we can assist.
  12. Yes, If you just keep the account active - Then no need to transfer it.
  13. Have you tried resetting your router?
  14. Just use shielded cable? With the appropriate Ethernet tips that support grounding.
  15. Go into your Starlink app and select the the settings tab on the bottom, in here you will see Split 2.4/5Ghz Networks. Toggle the switch to the right and you will see a little bit of blue just left of the toggle, you have enabled the split. This will create 2 networks
  16. Update: Question: Is starlink suitable for live broadcasting? Answer:
  17. Hi sickdog check via the Starlink.com website, login to your current Starlink account and you can check your new plan pricing there.
  18. Iโ€™d assume itโ€™s to cover more resellers or corporate.
  19. As the equipment is damaged, I would simply purchase a new starlink via the app/web whilst logged in - Then await the new kit to arrive, then cancel old damaged service. As far as Im aware there is no easy replacement process. Then claim the damage costs with your insurance provider ( if it applies ) Hope this helps ๐Ÿ™‚
  20. Have you received any emails? Have you searched for starlink within your email account? Has your payments been coming out all ok?
