  1. Have you attempted to perform a password reset at auth.starlink.com? Starlink Account Recovery Link - https://auth.starlink.com/forgot-password
  2. The blips are due to the handover during sat coverage cell changeover - This is something being worked on actively afaik - Some regions have less issues with handover between sats, e.g New Zealand currently - The handover is relatively smooth, but traffic is still being routed through USA with occasional routing being tested to NZ. I'd recommend keeping an eye on your traceroutes, use pingplotter ( windows ) for monitoring the handover latency. Also, check out starlink.sx. This can help in getting good reference of sats, vs ground station. From what I've seen, starlink terminals that are closer to groundstations have less handover issues. I do believe there is an issue with apple on starlink router - Whereby only partial connectivity is seen, your not running in bridge mode on the router are you @RIcochet?
  3. Does the SSID/WiFi Network appear? Does it come up with an invalid password? has the network name changed to Stinky by any chance? Have you tried a factory reset?
  4. Epic! Lovely to see it being used in ukraine
  5. Id say obstructions have a big part to play. Check out https://starlink.sx for the angle of which sat's come over your dishy.
  6. Hi @Tonopah Because the wifi network's mac address changes as you roam from one access point to another, your mac may identify the mac address change and disconnect - forcing a new search then reconnect. However, the private address function maybe causing an issue as well. Check out this article for more information -> https://blog.elevensoftware.com/how-mac-address-randomization-can-affect-the-wifi-experience
  7. Thank you @Adolfo for your kind feedback 🙂
  8. Something odd going on there - There is usage during the outage period. It may have been running a firmware update. I'd recommend powering off for 20 minutes, turn back on - if still experiencing outage then perform a factory reset as per starlink instructions - the power 3x reset isn't a gauranteed way of factory reset. Any obstructions? bad weather?
  9. Are you following the instructions? Should be a notch in the end of the pole for the cable to come out of, also a rubber grommet.
  10. Is the TP switch connected via the same power circuit as the starlink? Could be a grounding issue - Is odd, cannot be the ethernet adapters failing from manufacturing.
  11. What length of cabling have you got going from router, poe etc to dishy? Custom cabling? or default cable included? Have you performed a factory reset?
  12. Typical web hosting can provide such functionality. most web hosting plans come with email hosting, you can buy email hosting seperately if required. Get your own domain e.g moudrymail.com, don't need to put a website on it for simple mail usage. - USA - Bluehost.com - New Zealand, Australia, Pacific - HooplaHosting.com
  13. Yeah, have you checked the cable connection within the stand? it needs to be firmly clicked in otherwise it doesn't work.
  14. No advantage in trying to set a different address to obtain a nearby cell coverage - More issues. Reply to the ticket whereby service is halted, you can then reactivate service from the same ticket.
  15. Im going to assume no - because tunneling or creating an ethernet connection from a meshed AP is relatively rare. Wouldnt hurt in trying if the mesh unit has an adapter port.
  16. Have you attempted a factory reset? Also location wise - How much of a location change? 1km? or less than a km/mile difference in location?
  17. Unsure at this time, there is no public indication of when this is being completed.
  18. There currently is no email contact channel for starlink support in regards to transfers. Support ticket needs to be initiated via your starlink account - auth.starlink.com
  19. How long have you been waiting so far? @Dave2222
  20. Try and locate a Wireless ISP ( Wireless internet service provider ) There is many in the rural texas area which can most likely get signal to you. Assumption - Im thinking there is huge demand from subscribers in the americas region, putting pressure on to get more satellites into the constellation - to improve capacity. So they have changed a number of cells over for curve ordering demand.
  21. From the looks of the obstruction map you have trees in the distance in the north that are creating obstructions. It requires a clear horizon line as well towards the north - This isn't clearly indicated unfortunately. Also check dishy for bird poo etc.
  22. Checked spam folders? Should only be a max of two weeks to a month at max.
  23. I'd follow up - it should only take 2+ weeks max.
  24. Hi @Sarka Cernosek Have posted your request to a starlink installers group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/1460199647652154/
