  1. Have you contacted Microsoft about the issue?
  2. Yes its directly related to congestion and the amount of starlinks in one area. Other regions are not experiencing such congestion issues.
  3. Yes you need to be on the same network. However you can screenshot the QR code and send onto someone who is nearby.
  4. What error are you receiving? This is key information to resolving the issue.

  15. Hi @Taylor Camp There is options to install starlink away from your main building - To ensure there is 100% no obstructions. Possibly get in touch with an electrician or satellite installer thats familiar with remote installs of starlink. Hope this helps 🙂
  16. I believe that Starlink was designed for outer rural customers in mind however a lot of mid-city users have signed up and its greyed the waters. My opinion on this is not official nor endorsed, however from what I can see congestion is caused by a number of unforseen factors - Resulting in congestion and other issues for users. Hopefully with more satellites and ground stations there will be less congestion. Thanks for your input @Roger Duffell
  17. Hi @DRHart I would definitely order ahead of availability - Then your first in line so to speak to receive dishy. Numerous issues are presented when you attempt to use the dish in areas where it is not available. Hope this helps 🙂
  18. Update: How do I factory reset my starlink router and dish? If you encounter any issues during the setup or use of your router, you can factory reset it. The router will take a few minutes to reboot, and will require you to reconnect and set a new Network ID and Password. Network name will appear as "STINKY" or "STARLINK" in device WiFi settings. Standard (Circular): Gently push the button on the bottom of the router until the light turns blue and release. Standard (Rectangular) & High Performance: Power cycle Starlink (unplug the router from power and then plug back in) 3 times in a row. The router will take a few minutes to reboot, and will interrupt your service until you set up again. You can expect the light on the bottom of the router to be illuminated when complete. There are no lights on the front of the router. Starlink Mesh router: Power cycle the mesh (unplug from power and then plug back in) 3 times in a row. When repairing the node, make sure you connect to your primary Starlink router's network. Do not connect to your mesh node's new "STINKY" or "STARLINK" network that appears after plugging it in. Open the Starlink App. After 1-2 minutes, the Starlink App will prompt you with a "PAIR MESH NODE" notification. Note: A WiFi network name is also called an SSID. A Wifi password can be referred to as a network security key, WPA key or WAP/SPA2 passphrase.
